Return Window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Hair: for hygiene and safety reasons, hair that has been worn, installed, cut, dyed, washed or otherwise altered cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
  • Perfumes: perfumes must be unopened and still sealed, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Jewelry: jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging, unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund for the affected item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sherlinefilsaime0@gmail.com or call 414 458 3761 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For orders paid by Zelle, refunds are sent back by Zelle to the number used for the purchase. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Need a different length, color or item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help you exchange any eligible item.
